Care:

Borosilicate glass is durable, but it is still glass. Avoid dropping your jewelry or hitting it against hard surfaces.

To clean, gently wash with warm water and mild soap, then dry with a soft, cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaners.

Sizing:

I recommend having your finger measured at a local jewelry shop. Since ring fit is personal, I can’t take responsibility for determining your exact size, but I’m always happy to offer guidance.

For a snug, comfortable fit, I usually suggest sizing down about ¼ to ½ size. If you have questions or need a specialty size, just email me at itchyglassjewelry@gmail.com.

Repairs:

If your piece is ever damaged, please send me a photo along with a short description of what happened. I’ll review it and let you know whether it can be repaired or repurposed. Repair costs will vary depending on the work needed.

Shipping:

I ship all orders from Edmonton, Alberta. If you’re ordering from outside Canada, please get in touch before placing your order. I’m currently not shipping to the United States.

I’m not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please ensure your shipping address is correct. If your package arrives damaged, email me a photo and I’ll be happy to send a replacement.
